The aim of this project was to examine the effect on students’ careers of participating in short-term international academic events. Project partners were members of the PRIME Networking.
The project was completed in July 2010. Over two years, target groups were surveyed to determine how students, alumni and employers viewed the advantages of Euroweek participation. The study shows a significant similarity between employers' perception and students' and alumni's opinions of the benefits of international short-term events. The results indicate the importance of this project work. Therefore further efforts are implemented to improve our product Euroweek to more effectively match the participants' expectations.
